Fort William Henry Project Update #4

Major progress to report - short of the doors and a little interior wall planks the major construction on the fort is complete!  All exterior wall logging is done and I think there will be some paint going on the fort soon.  I still need to swing by the foam factory and get the fort mounted up on the foam/MDF so I can complete the trenchworks outside the fort.  Pictures below as normal.

  2. Thanks! I think I'll be avoiding log based projects for a while after this ;-)

  3. Thanks Wade ... I've got it primed and the blue foam is picked up ... Getting there. Hopefully we'll be playing on it soon!

  4. This is looking fantastic and the amount of pictures you've taken really helps us see how it all comes together. Bit jealous of the games you'll be having with it.

  5. Thanks! Despite perhaps looking like a collosal project it has been actually fun and straight forward to do ... I think the hardest part was hitting all the craft stores in a 50 mile radius to get balsa wood :-)

  6. I'm having a similar experience with my Greek project getting all the cake decorating pillars from 3 different Michaels in the Bay Area.
